These Terms govern Haze Method, operated from the Philippines at hazemethod.xyz, including its website, Discord bot, browser extension, and backend at api.hazemethod.xyz (the "Service"). Haze Method ("Haze", "we", "us") supplies the Service. By using it, you agree to these Terms. The Refund Policy governs purchases and refunds; the Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Accepting these Terms does not provide consent for every form of personal-data processing or waive mandatory consumer rights. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old, meet any higher age or parental-consent requirements where you live, and meet the requirements of connected platforms such as Discord and TikTok. Purchases require legal capacity to enter the transaction and an authorized payment method. If you are under the applicable age of majority, obtain a parent or guardian's permission and participation where required by law. Permission does not override a payment provider's age requirements. Do not submit false age or payment information.
If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. These Terms do not make an uninvolved parent, guardian, or payment-method owner responsible merely because another person used their details.
Haze provides tools for creators, including a video optimizer, a video quality checker, a credits system, Premium (as a monthly subscription or a one-time term), and optional publishing to connected TikTok accounts through Haze TikUpload. Features, limits, and pricing may change, and some features require a signed-in account or a specific tier.
No affiliation: Haze is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Discord, or any other platform mentioned. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Signing in uses Discord OAuth. Keep your account and connected services secure, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, or transfer an account or use another person's account without authorization. We may verify ownership before changing access, billing, or account data, using information proportionate to the request; we will not ask for your password or full card number.
Connecting TikTok authorizes the optional actions you request within the granted permissions. Review the account, video, caption, privacy, and disclosure settings before confirming a post. Disconnecting removes the saved connection from Haze; it does not delete an already published TikTok post or automatically erase payment and post-history records. Third-party terms apply to those services.
You are responsible for activity you authorize and reasonable account-security precautions. This does not make you liable for an unauthorized transaction solely because it appears on your account, or remove our responsibility for a security failure on our side. Account deletion or loss of access does not itself cancel billing; follow Section 5 and clearly request cancellation if you also want a subscription stopped.
Subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law, completed purchases, trial conversions, and renewals are final and non-refundable. Forgotten cancellation, brief or no use, personal scheduling, and a mistaken assumption about a properly disclosed deadline do not by themselves qualify for a refund. The policy's 7-day reporting period is not a money-back guarantee or an extension of a trial.
Valid refunds and other remedies remain available for confirmed duplicate, early or incorrect charges, an on-time cancellation that was not honored, non-delivery we cannot resolve, a confirmed failure to supply the purchased service, material misdescription, and mandatory consumer rights. Unused access does not prove non-delivery, and prior use does not defeat a valid billing-error claim.
We request immediate supply when you choose it at checkout. For digital content, a statutory withdrawal right is lost only if the law's applicable express-consent, acknowledgment, supply, and confirmation requirements are met. Ongoing services are subject to their own withdrawal rules; making Premium available does not by itself waive every statutory right.
Contact Whop or your issuer about unrecognized payments or processing issues and Haze about the supplied service. Please contact us to resolve problems, but you retain lawful complaint and card-issuer dispute rights. A good-faith claim is not grounds for permanent forfeiture. A payment reversal or dispute can restrict access pending review. If separate paid access is affected, contact us with the receipts; we will review and restore any entitlement that remains valid, consistently with law and the provider's decision.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate measures under Section 11. A lawful complaint, criticism, refund request, or exercise of consumer or privacy rights is not, by itself, abuse.
You retain ownership of the videos and other content you process or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions, including for any music, footage, or third-party material it contains.
When you use Haze TikUpload to publish to a connected TikTok account, you direct Haze to send Your Content and the caption, privacy level, disclosures, and settings you choose to TikTok on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of those settings and disclosures (including any commercial-content or branded-content declaration) and for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Music Usage Confirmation. Haze does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for Your Content, and cannot guarantee that a post will succeed, remain published, reach any audience, or perform in any particular way.
You grant Haze a limited license to process, transmit, and temporarily handle Your Content only as needed to perform the actions you request. Haze does not use Your Content to train models or for advertising.
The Service is provided to help prepare and optimize videos, but results depend on your source file, your device, the destination platform, and factors outside our control. Haze does not guarantee any specific quality outcome, that a video will avoid compression or moderation, or any particular result on TikTok or any other platform. Keep your own backup of any original file; Haze is not a storage or backup service.
The Service integrates with Discord, TikTok, payment providers, and other infrastructure services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. Their availability, moderation, distribution decisions, and independently imposed restrictions are outside our control. We do not guarantee that a post will be accepted or remain published, or that a third-party account will avoid restriction. This does not excuse Haze's own failure to supply an agreed paid service or exclude any responsibility the law places on us.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding (excluding Your Content and third-party marks), is owned by Haze and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
You may stop using the Service at any time; cancel an active subscription separately to stop billing. We may restrict or terminate access for a substantiated Terms violation, suspected fraud, a security threat, or a legal obligation. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and how to request review; immediate action may be necessary for security or legal reasons. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
On permanent termination for cause, remaining access and credits may be withdrawn only as permitted by law and the Refund Policy, and we will stop future subscription renewals. A temporary restriction does not justify permanently confiscating unrelated purchased balances; contact us to review separately paid entitlements if they are affected. We will not permanently terminate solely because you make a good-faith complaint or exercise a legal right.
If we permanently close your account without a breach by you, or discontinue a purchased service before its term ends, we will stop renewals, refund unused paid access, and resolve unused purchased credits for features we can no longer supply through a refund or another remedy you choose. Payment, dispute, intellectual-property, and other provisions that need to survive termination continue to apply to their proper scope.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without additional warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, absolute security, error-free operation, or a particular platform outcome. This disclaimer does not remove expressly agreed paid-service obligations, remedies in the Refund Policy, or statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haze and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, content, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Haze in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $50.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or statutory consumer and privacy remedies. They do not reduce a refund otherwise owed under the Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims directly caused by content you unlawfully submit or a deliberate or negligent breach of these Terms, law, or third-party rights. Any indemnity is limited to reasonable, proven losses attributable to that conduct; it does not cover Haze's own fault or ordinary lawful use. Where an indemnity applies, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to participate in the defense, and will not settle a claim imposing obligations on you without your agreement. Mandatory consumer protections prevail.
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes affecting an active paid agreement require the notice and consent applicable law and that agreement require; continued use alone does not substitute for express consent where required. We will communicate material changes through appropriate service, account, or checkout notices and update the date above.
The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase and subscription agreement. A new policy cannot retroactively deny an existing claim, shorten an agreed trial, or remove material paid benefits without the applicable remedy. Subscription price changes follow Section 5. If we discontinue a purchased service, Section 11 and the Refund Policy apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Please contact us to seek an informal resolution. Doing so is not a prerequisite to a lawful payment dispute, regulatory complaint, urgent remedy, or exercise of a right whose deadline would otherwise expire.
Competent Philippine courts may hear disputes, but consumers retain any right under applicable law to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction. This section does not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a shortened statutory claim period.
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Haze about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and that part is applied to the fullest extent the law allows. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of the Service, and your rights under them continue. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that the law where you live says cannot be waived.
